W-PD6/W-PD60 by Haozhi Electric Corporation is a standalone microprocessor-controlled continuous partial discharges monitoring device for use with a range of power generator. It works with 50/60 Hz frequency powered equipment as well as with variable frequency applications. It can even work at 5Hz or 400Hz application.
W-PD6/W-PD60 is designed to provide an alarm based on PD characteristics at an early stage of insulation degradation. It measures PD from up to 15 high frequency PD sensors, stores the information in internal memory and provides various alarm interfaces to the users if any set points are exceeded.Depending on the application various PD sensors can be used.
W-PD6/W-PD60 also has three auxiliary inputs for measuring auxiliary parameters of the monitoring equipment: temperature, load and humidity or voltage, depending on the application. Those parameters will be correlated with PD signals for predictive diagnostics. Corresponding sensors are supplied by Haozhi Electric.
The software for W-PD6/W-PD60 provides the following functionality:
• Measurement data storage in database;
• Device configuration;
• Communication to a device;
• Data presentation and analysis.
The software is a part of PN5000 and can be part of GenGuard information analysis system. The software is supplied on CD and the user has unlimited licenses for use of the software. Please, read End User License Agreement to understand terms and conditions.The W-PD6/W-PD60 are normally pre-configured for a particular customer and application to the best knowledge that existed at the time of shipment. The configuration is stored in the provided template database which is customized for each order. Therefore, the more accurate the information for each particular application provided to Haozhi, the fewer configuration changes may required on site.
